• Items: UThe extension automatically pulls your item details from your item catalog in Business Central, allowing you to add packaging information for each individual item.
• Market: Using the customer information you’ve already entered in Business Central the app automatically identifies whether the sale is to private customers or other businesses.
Once all packaging information is entered, the extension can generate a comprehensive list of the total amount of packaging you’ve placed on the market. This includes both the quantity sent to the private market and to other businesses.
Export the generated list directly from Business Central to an Excel document, where a pre-configured pivot table provides a simple and user-friendly overview of the data. This makes it easy to process further or report it directly to your local government.

What does it consist of?
The extension consists of five main pages in Business Central that assist with registration and provide an overview of the amounts of packaging used in your business.
- EPR Configuration: Define your standard information regarding measurement units, country codes, and budgets.
- Packaging Materials: This page contains an editable list where you can define the various types of packaging materials your company uses.
- Item/Packaging Worksheet: Use this page to register the different types of packaging for each item in your item catalog.
- Packaging worksheet: Allows you to correct errors, handle tertiary packaging and even simulate your packaging usage back in time based on your posted sales.
- Packaging/Material Calculation: This page displays your budget figures as well as current or simulated packaging quantities. It also allows you to generate lists that can be exported to Excel for a clearer overview.
