How do you use the extension?
Once the app is installed, you can go to the search bar (Alt + Q) and search for “Notification Configuration.” Here, you’ll find a list of notifications you can modify. At the top of the page, there are three filters you can use to set rules for the number, timeframe, and time period of the notifications. You can then choose the status for each notification.

In the status section, you can also click on the three dots, which will take you to a new list with an overview of the users in your Business Central. From there, you can check the users who should receive the notifications and uncheck those who should not.

How do I get the application?
The app is available on AppSource, allowing businesses using Business Central in the cloud to quickly and easily download and start using it right away. Simply click here to get started.

What does it consist of?

The app consists of two main pages. The first page features a list of various notifications, allowing you to select which messages you want to modify and set their time limitations. The second page, under the “Users” tab, enables you to determine which users should receive specific notifications and which should not.
